  1. METHOD: Take a wok and heat ghee. Then add garlic and fry it it till it turns light pink..
  2. When it turns light pink take it out and keep aside. Now add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder in the previous ghee. Stir it for 5 to 6 seconds and then add garlic and 1/2 glass of water and then simmer it for 5 mins. Your dish is ready!.
